As the first half of the young pigeon racing season draws to a close, Gerjan Remmerts from Wapenveld has every reason to celebrate. His four races this season were marked by minimal losses, impressive results, and a crowning achievement: the 1st Ace Pigeon title in the Northeast flying area of Section 8. This success was made possible by a direct daughter of Boela Bolt"Boela Bolt", a pigeon given to Gerjan by Hans and Evert-Jan Eijerkamp for testing. This opportunity arose because Gerjan is working this year as a caretaker for some of the breeders and storage pigeons at the Greenfield Stud.
The daughter of Boela Bolt"Boela Bolt", known as NL24-8207473NL24-8207473, has since been renamed "Brividi Boela". She delivered outstanding performances in all four races:
